We are very happy to receive constructive comments and suggestions for improving our service to patients.

Similarly, if you have a complaint, we will deal with it in a constructive way. A leaflet giving details of the practice complaints procedure is available in the surgery and the Business Manager will give you further information if required.

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service with the resources available and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
